Rental Agreement

I, the undersigned, understand that I am liable for the full value of the saddle during the full term of this contract. I am responsible for any damages incurred during the rental period. (EQUESTRIAN IMPORTS, Inc. recommends that the Renter insures the saddle through an existing homeowner's policy or equivalent for the entire rental period.)

By providing a credit/debit card number, I authorize EQUESTRIAN IMPORTS, Inc. to automatically charge the card monthly for the saddle rental payment.

Any delinquency of rental payment will be regarded as a contractual default, and will be subject to immediate prosecution. I understand that I will be responsible for any collection fees and attorney fees.

This contract begins on _____________________. I agree that this contract ends when EQUESTRIAN IMPORTS, Inc. receives the saddle in good condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
